About The Founder
Nour is a chemical engineer that specializes in cosmetic science and product development, with a unique trait for combining scientific rigor with creative vision. With almost a decade of experience across Europe and the Middle East, she has developed over 100 products spanning skincare, makeup, fragrance, and personal care. Her career began as a cosmetic chemist before evolving into product strategy and brand creation, with roles at H&M Beauty, &Other Stories, L’Oréal Paris, and most recently as Head of Product Development for Chalhoub Group’s Beauty Innovation team.
Today, through consultancy, Nour partners with brands of all sizes to create thoughtful, high-performance products that grounded in science, shaped by a cohesive strategy, and elevated by creativity.
